The registration fee for each participant is 600 € (VAT excl.) and registration is possible by bank transfer and Credit Card. All booking are considered binding on receipt of the confirmation sent by the organizer. Payment is required on receipt of subsequent event invoice unless the registration is made on or after January 31st, when payment must be made at the time of registration. This is a pre-paid event. Access will be refused if payment has not been made in full prior to the event.
If you cannot attend you must cancel your registration by email or letter no later than January 31st, 2015 to receive a refund minus a 10% administration charge. We will not accept verbal cancellations. Cancellations made after this time are liable for the full conference fee. We suggest you send a substitute to attend in your place at no extra cost.
The participant waives any claims against the organizer for any reason or whatsoever.

The registration fee includes participation in the conferences, lunches and documentation material, which will be available in electronic format the week after the event.
The (optional) evening event corresponds to an additional fee of 40 € VAT Excl.
