CTIC Pre-Registration Form

Use this form to pre-register for the Certification Together International Conference (CTIC), the 10th, 11th and 12th of may of 2023 in Toulouse, France

Registration Policy:

The registration fee for each participant is 600 € VAT excl. (20% ) for the 3 days conference and registration is possible by bank transfer and credit card. You also have the possibility to attend the CTIC for only one or two days.

Please find below the detailed prices (*):

• Full pack (3 days): 600€ VAT excl.
• Day 1 (Plenary): 400€ VAT excl.
• Day 2 (full day): 300€ VAT excl.
• Day 3 (half day): 200€ VAT excl.

Any reservation is considered final after the purchase of the ticket on the online ticket office. This ticket office will be accessible at the same time of publication of the program.

This is a pre-paid event. Access will be refused if payment has not been made in full prior to the event. If you cannot attend you must cancel your registration by email or letter no later than end of one month before the event to receive a refund minus a 10% administration charge. We will not accept verbal cancellations. Cancellations made after this time are liable for the full conference fee. We suggest you send a substitute to attend in your place at no extra cost.

Registration fee includes participation at the conferences, lunches and documentation material, which will be available in electronic format the week after the event.

A social event is planned on day 2 evening (11th of may) will be organized and corresponds to an additional fee of 50 € VAT Excl. If you have any question about the registration process and/or fees, please feel free to contact us.
