No refund possible, if you don’t choose the additional insurance proposed at the end of ticket form “I want to insure my ticket”. The only possibility will be a name transfer to a person you choose.

One person can buy tickets for several people. Each ticket is nominative, so the buyer must fill in all the mandatory fields for each person. To receive your tickets you must go until the final payment and that it is validated. The buyer receives all nominative tickets by email. This confirmation email contains a link to obtain an invoice.
